Laser welding
The machine has 5 functions: welding, cutting, remote cleaning, seam welding and tank welding.
It can connect one wire, two wires, three wires, and the stroke width is 0-8mm, so as to realize the wide seam welding of thick plates. The ultra-light laser head is equipped with double protective lenses, which solves the problem of the vulnerability of the focusing lens of traditional handheld welding machines.
The machine is also equipped with an intelligent temperature monitoring system that automatically detects the temperature of the lens. If the temperature exceeds the set value, an alarm is triggered and the device stops working.
Laser cleaning
The laser cleaning machine uses a non-contact cleaning method, which is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, and has no secondary pollution.
The cleaning head is light, and the powerful water cooling system ensures that the machine can work continuously for 24 hours.
It can achieve precise positioning, high cleaning speed and high efficiency. The focal length position can be adjusted to suit different scenes, which is convenient and fast.

Cut any design graphics on the plate, high speed, high precision, one-time forming, no need for further processing; One machine has multiple functions, which can not only meet the cutting requirements of customers for flat plates, but also meet the requirements of round pipes and special-shaped pipes.
